Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at meow_hj@hotmail.com. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Note: If your return is accepted, you are responsible for providing/creating the return shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We hope you absolutely love your new jewelry! Each piece is handmade with care, and we want your experience to be as beautiful as your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds in a way that’s fair for you and for us. Every piece is carefully checked and photographed before leaving our studio to ensure it’s in perfect condition and matches your order. These photos are kept as proof of the item’s state at shipping.
Sometimes shipping, especially internationally, could be unpredictable, please make sure to read the below Return and Refund Policy for everything you need to know about returns, refunds, and shipping issues.
Eligibility:
You can request a refund if your order is:
- Defective*
- You receive the wrong item*
- Order never arrived**
*In the rare case, our pre-shipping photos show a studio error (wrong item or clear defect before shipping)
**If your order is officially lost by the shipping carrier (for example, tracking never updates and the carrier confirms it’s missing).
Items NOT Eligible for Return:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom or personalized pieces
- Sale items
- “Change of mind” returns
When are returns/refunds NOT possible?
If the item left our studio in perfect condition (as shown in our pre-shipping photos) and any issue is due to shipping damage, loss, or customs, refunds are not provided.
In these cases, you will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier. We will provide all necessary documentation and photos to support your claim.
Change of mind, used, worn, earrings (for hygiene reasons), custom/personalized, or sale items are non-returnable.
Refund Request Timeframes:
- Greece: Within 14 days from delivery
- International: Within 14 days from delivery
Domestic Returns (Greece):
- Please send us clear photos within 14 days of delivery.
- If your return is approved, send the item back using Hellenic Post (RE Tracking) or Box Now.
- Please include your shipping receipt and tracking number.
- Photos are required for all returns.
- Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll refund you for both the item and your return shipping fee (as shown on your receipt).
- The piece must be unused and packaged in its original packaging.
International Returns:
- Please send us clear photos within 14 days of delivery.
- If your claim is approved, you’ll receive a refund for the item. No return shipping is required (unless we specifically request it for high-value or unique pieces, in which case we’ll cover the shipping).
- Shipping fees are not refunded for international orders.
How to Request a Return:
User Account Orders:
- Log in at www.jewelrybymeow.com and use our self-service return portal. Please be ready to upload clear photos showing the issue.
Guest Orders:
- Email us at info@jewelrybymeow.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos.
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you’d like a different item, simply request a return (if eligible), and place a new order for the piece you want.
Additional Notes:
Each order/item can only be returned or refunded once.
Please double-check your shipping address when ordering! If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or not being collected, we can resend it to you with shipping at your expense.
If tracking shows delivery was attempted or completed but you did not receive it due to address errors or unavailability, no refund will be issued.
If your package is lost in transit (no tracking updates), contact us. If the carrier confirms it is lost, we’ll offer a refund or replacement.
We kindly ask for your understanding that all requests are reviewed, and we reserve the right to refuse refunds if our policy is abused or required evidence is not provided (art. 281 of the Civil Code).
